• Liaise with the Bar Service provider ensuring the client receives best pricing on products and services at market value, ensure the quantities matches the scale of event
• Liaise with the ice providers ensuring the quantities matches the scale of event
• Maintain communication with sponsors ensuring that the client are aligned with signed agreements
• Preparation of Event Picklist

• Preparation of Distribution Centre Work Sheet

Day of the event

• Manage the money and staff
• Review the inventory
• Ensuring all products are kept in good condition
• Enforcing health and safety rules 
• Dealing with difficult customers
• Physical presence at the bars and make adjustments to ensure customer service is consistently high
• Motivating staff
• Carry out accurate cash-up procedures at end of Day / Night

 After the event

• Manage pay-outs to staff, suppliers, etc.
• Provide Income & Expense Report
• Provide Bar Sales Reports
• Provide Bar Usage Reports
